Day 48 – Household Chores

Day 48 –  A day of housework is not the sort of day most people look forward to. I am most people. Quite surprising then that today turned out to be just like that… but I’m not complaining. Who doesn’t love seeing an empty laundry basket ? A cupboard and fridge stuffed with food ? A clean kitchen ? And most of all, nice clean sheets ? It does require work but someone’s gotta do it.

Day 47 – Knife Skills Class

Day 47 – A and I signed up for a 2-hour basic knife skills class. No, it’s not killing kind but more of a cooking lesson.

Now I know how to sharpen knives, how to debone and fillet and slice and dice. Nice.
